Saddles & Tack Virtual Online Auction Pre-Bidding Opens: Friday, October 30, 2026 Live Virtual Auction: Sunday, November 8, 2026 HOW THIS AUCTION WORKS This is a virtual live auction with online bidding only. There will be no in-person bidding. Pre-bidding opens October 30. Registered bidders may place bids or enter their maximum bids before the live auction begins. On Sunday, November 8, BC Auctions will conduct a live-streamed virtual auction. Bidders can watch the auction and participate in real time from their computer, phone, or tablet. Final bidding takes place during the live virtual auction. Pre-bids and maximum bids will be considered during live bidding. BUYER'S PREMIUM A 5% buyer's premium will be added to winning bids. Applicable sales tax and other authorized charges are additional. INVOICES & PAYMENT All winning bidders will receive invoices following the conclusion of the auction. If you have not received your invoice by Monday, November 9, at 9:00 AM CST, please contact BC Auctions at 270-556-6217. All invoices must be paid by Tuesday, November 10, at 4:00 PM CST. Any unpaid invoice balance may be charged to the credit card on file at that time, in accordance with the auction terms. All purchases must be paid in full before items are released or shipped. PICKUP INFORMATION Pickup Location: Ranch Mart 120 Eagle Rd Wickliffe, KY 42087 Pickup is available: Monday, November 9: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Thursday, November 12: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday, November 13: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Unless otherwise stated in an individual lot description, all items will be picked up at the address above. SHIPPING Shipping is available for eligible items at the buyer's expense. Winning bidders who require shipping must contact BC Auctions after the auction. We will gather and prepare their purchases, calculate shipping costs, and add those charges to their invoices. Items requiring shipping will be shipped after the invoice, including shipping charges, has been paid in full.
